One screen to run a multi-channel sunglasses brand — website and DM orders, live inventory, courier dispatch, and analytics, finally in one place.
Choshmish is my Shopify sunglasses brand in Bangladesh. Orders arrive two ways — through the website, and through DMs on Facebook and Instagram. Website orders flowed straight to Steadfast, our courier; DM orders had to be keyed into Steadfast by hand. Inventory lived in a separate Google Sheet, updated manually.
Three disconnected systems, one person holding them together — and every handoff was a chance to oversell, mis-ship, or lose an order. The goal was simple: bring everything into one space.
Rather than bolt on another tool, I built the hub around one decision: Shopify owns the stock. DM orders get captured into the same pipeline as website orders, so from that point on every order is identical — one flow to dispatch, track, and reconcile.
Website orders arrive via Shopify's webhook; DM orders go in through a fast entry form. Everything lands in a single queue, dispatched with one action.
Shopify-synced stock as the single source of truth — auto-decremented on sale, auto-restocked on cancellation, reliable across every path that touches a count.
Incoming inventory and supplier restocks logged against the same stock, so counts stay honest as new product comes in.
Sales, stock movement, and fulfilment performance surfaced in one view — no more piecing the picture together from three places.
Orders push to Steadfast in one action, and live delivery statuses flow back into the dashboard automatically.
Installable PWA with push notifications, so a new order or a status change reaches you the moment it happens.
