Overview

Where it started

Building a Formula Student EV isn't one project, it's four running in parallel — Mechanical, Electrical, Design, and Business, each with its own deadlines, feeding into one car that either works or doesn't.

As captain, my job was making sure all four stayed aligned: same timeline, same budget, same standard, with sponsors and a business case behind the whole effort. I also worked hands-on inside the Business subteam.
